For our check-in service we offer to meet the Tenants at the property ahead of, or at the start of the tenancy.

 

We will go through the pre-prepared Inventory with them and upon agreement ensure they sign acceptance. We shall also take meter readings (where possible) and list and distribute keys as required.

 

A hard bound copy will be sent to all parties (Tenant, Landlord /Letting Agent) as desired for their records.
